The controversial SOPA – Stop Online piracy Act has been stopped dead in its tracks in the House. Until there is broader consensus among the lawmakers about legislation that would crack down on foreign Web sites that infringe on US copyright material and counterfeit goods, Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor (R.-Va.) has agreed SOPA would not come before the House for a vote. Info from: www.adweek.com More Info: youtu.be Video Rating: 2 / 5
I somewhat agree with anon but the thing is it seems like it could go either way. The ideals are right, but the actions seem not so right. What I mean is it’s not doing them that is a worry, it’s reveling in whats done that could lead down the wrong path. For some reason all I can think of is bits and peices of live free or die hard just to make a statement.
It’s neat though. Ironically we’ve entered a new age through all this. fun to see how it plays out

you are mistaken people before the sopa and pipa act got started no even before obama, people started losing their jobs during bush so dont go saying aww people are losing their jobs over something on the internet please dont blame anything on it unless its like really bad no pirated download is killing the economy its really killing hollywood which doesnt even come close in makeing the annuel salary that the internet does you look like some hollywood character to
1. Job creation? How many job would be created? The so called ‘job that would be created’ would only be on paper. But practically none would be created. Its a propaganda; when most people are looking for a job, to divert people attention from the poor management of the country.
2. Your comment on 2.50, i agree on not every artist is as rich as LaDy GaGa. But well if the music are not good enough, i wont be buying them even if SOPA PIPA were pass.
3. SCREW SOPA PIPA
Actually the Sopa bill is all bad. Its file sharing. In real life is sharing illegal? Its like The Rum Diaries with Johnny Dept. The guy that played Harvey Dempt or 2 face says you won’t ask for 5% you will ask ten that way you get what you want. In reality the companies that are for SOPA distributed the technologies and links to us through cnet. Microsoft gave us burners. It would make more sense arresting those mass millionaires that create the products don’t you think.
artists have gotten less respect and support over time. the governments won’t start to care now lol. there will be practically no creativity in creative industries in about 10 years; because only people born into millions can afford to get started seriously whilst staying legal.
I say protect the struggling artist till they obtain a reasonable standard of living. a good living.a reasonable return on their work. but I also say once that is achived give them no further protection. its fair game thereafter.
This fight will never be over, those with money will constantly reword and rewrite this thing till it slips in somehow. Staying alert, rallying our numbers, and watching these bills is the only way to protect the internet.
@Craziguy33 Pirating Is terrible. People say it people do it. Mega Upload had one billion registered users Today there are 128+ sites similar to mega upload. Imagine total amount of users (lazy nerds). I dont support piracy ether. i think its wrong and amoral. But no Laws will stop it. there will always be alternative ways to distribute copyright materials. Make piracy legal. Think about it, one billion users @ $10 each a month for the legal download, not enough $ right?

A Search Engine Optimization company or SEO company for short can help a business with their website to make it rank better on search engines. The exact method for this can change from time to time as the search engines change the way that they look at websites. The point of hiring a company to handle the optimization is that they work hard to make sure that they keep on top of any changes that the search engines go through so that they can ensure that websites continue to be optimized for the new changes.
An SEO company can do a lot for a company, but there are some things that they have no control over. This just means that they have to explore other avenues or perform other services more frequently to get over those uncontrollable parts. It is also important for an SEO company to explain that there is a cycle where a company may fall in ranks before raising back up.
